About a month ago, one of my best friends told me about a new exercise program that had been created by Jake Hunter. I had heard this guy’s name before, but didn’t know anything about him. I had purchased so many programs over the years, such as P90X, Beach Body, and Truth About Abs, all in the hope of getting the results that seem promised, even though they’re only implied, on their slick marketing ads.
Getting the Right Program Can Be Challenging
The last thing I wanted was to waste more time, effort, and money with some program that was only going to work for people who already had those rock hard abs, tight biceps, and firm legs. I don’t look like a twenty year old model and don’t really want to. I’m closing in on 40 and just wanted something that would help me lose some weight, get in decent shape, and most importantly, help me feel better about myself.
So I decided to give Jake Hunter’s 4 Minute Abs program a try. It was designed for men over the age of 30. Right up my alley. What struck me as interesting, though, was that is only require 4 minutes of day, 3 days a week.
Are you kidding me?
I was spending an hour or more five days a week with these other programs and feeling like I’d been run over by a truck afterward. Well, this system supposedly burns fat for up to 48 hours after you work out. And for a guy like me, the increase in testosterone was a big influencing factor.
Amazing Results So Far
I started 4 Minute Abs Program two weeks ago and can’t believe how great I feel. My wife is also pleasantly surprised by my conditioning as well as my appetite for other cardiovascular activities in the bedroom. I can actually feel the difference in my body and what’s even better is that I don’t feel guilty that I’m only spending a few minutes working out. That’s because it works! I can’t wait to see what tomorrow will bring.
