There’s nothing I want more than a healthy and fit body. I mean, the older I get, the tougher it seems to be to get the most efficient workout. The tougher it becomes to have toned muscles and feel like I’m not dragging all the time. I spent months trying the Insanity exercise regimen and what I found was that at my age I couldn’t keep up. Because I couldn’t keep up, I wasn’t doing all the exercises that are a part of it.
So I gave up. Well, not exactly ‘gave up,’ at least not completely, but I might as well have. I began doing the workout here and there, sporadically, and wondering why I didn’t feel energetic. Then I began to notice my midsection grow (and so did my wife) I was gaining weight, even as I pretended to exercise. I needed something that was going to fit into my busy schedule and inspire me. In other words, I needed something that was going to help me lose weight and get in shape.
I looked everywhere and I still kept fiddling with the Insanity exercise program, not sure why I was bothering anymore. Then I came across Jake Hunter’s program called ‘4 Minute Abs’. But it stuck in my head for days, and then weeks and every time I worked on the Insanity exercise program, every time I felt my age, I wondered if Jake Hunter might be on to something. So I finally gave it a shot.
It’s too simple, I thought. It feels too good. I mean, I had energy to spare every day. I began to shed pounds and noticed those extra pounds around my waist disappear. This program was incredible, and I waited for the big surprise, the ‘catch.’ The ‘gotcha’ moment, but there isn’t one. Jake Hunter is my dang hero for this! He figured out the male’s body chemistry for us guys 35 and up and how to maximize one’s workout. I feel better today than I ever have in my adult life and have a flat stomach to show!
